Collection: Recitals & Events 2025

Congratulations on your recitals, an important part of learning music, performance and for social confidence. Celebrate your efforts and enjoy the experience.

Location & parking :
VCC Broadway Auditorium - on the corner of Broadway and access off of Glen down ramp. Broadway campus parking or street parking - there will be printed signs to follow.

Saturday May 31st 1pm to 7pm - time slots for teachers allocated, link will be updated below. Please arrive at least 20mins before start time , allows for getting settled in and tuning for students.

Tickets : General admission as some parents are attending 2 time-slots, please purchase online as we do not have ticketing at venue. Performers do not need a ticket.

Why VCC & Tickets : We offer a couple of chances a year to play in a slightly bigger venue and stage to develop skills and awareness of performances. Remember it's not a concert, but it also allows for more family and comfort during recitals. The tickets cover the rental costs for the venue for the day.

Teachers Time Allocation : We have allocated time-slots for each teacher:

1. Please arrive at least 20 mins before start time , allows for getting settled in and tuning for students. Have your music and instrument tuned.

2. Please stay after your performance for the time allocated as audience and support.

You will receive an email update running order link and information from us with call times etc. Please make sure you have your music with you, and instrument tuned if needed.

Capacity : There is plenty of seats for family and friends, no food or drinks in auditorium please. Photography and video are fine, just no beeps or flashes.

Student Dress Code : Smart for recitals please, no runners if possible, you deserve to dress up and celebrate your work & performance!
