 "Your Music Land Adventure Starts with Family" 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Each week your child will be taken on an imaginary adventure as they explore new instruments, like rhythm sticks and tone blocks, and discover new and interesting ways to move.

We travel to music land and meet the rhythm bears, who introduce the basis of rhythmic development. Creativity, social skills, confidence, and self-esteem are developed through interactive role play games that gradually encourage children to become independent of their parents.

🔍 The focus is on exploring musical concepts (high/low, etc.) and gently encouraging each child to find their own special voice - their first musical instrument. 

What you need: 

We have "Music Bags" available, carefully prepared and enclosed in Colourstrings Bags, starting at $19. These bags contain brand-new instruments suitable for children. They can be easily cleaned at home and reused. Everything you require and more will be included. In addition, we will provide instruments for multiple uses. 

Children should complete 3 progressive sessions to move onto next level of the Colourstrings program. No food, drinks, recording or devices in the classes please.

    Fun and memorable music lessons

    My son and I both have a blast attending music lessons at Colourstrings for the past year. We prefer attending music lessons here as it's overall a clean environment with great heating during cold weathers and as the groups are much smaller compared to other music classes, which allows instructors to better accommodate students which the students can get more out of while learning. Coraline is such a sweet and lovely teacher; an amazing pianist and sings with such a beautiful voice and in different languages. Laura's excellent violin playing is mesmerizing for both parent and child; her sense of humour makes the classes extra entertaining. Eventually my son ends up singing along. It's hard being away from music lessons at Colourstrings given how wonderful our experiences have been here, which is a reason why we keep going each term and even during summer.

    Excellent music program for babies to school age children

    I have been bringing my children to colourstrings program since they were babies. This program is tailored for each age group and Laura always have educational fun songs to sing in class. I think its one of the best music program for children 0-5yr in Vancouver!
