Collection: Vocals & Voice

Students of all ages will learn a healthy and sustainable vocal technique that will serve as a necessary foundation for all styles of singing, with a focus on:

 

-proper breathing technique

-breath control

-intonation

-healthy vocal tone

-exploration of vocal colours

-sight-singing

-ear-training

-exploration of different singing styles

-stage presence & performance techniques

-interpretation & communication of text

 

Students will learn a variety of repertoire in different vocal/musical styles, while having the option to focus primarily on one preferred style. Recital performance opportunities available restrictions-permitting.
